Villa Serventi is located in small coastal settlement called Lepetani just couple meters from the sea side. Our guests are able to enjoy swimming any time of day on small private stone beach just in front of Villa. Local beach that we usually recommend - "Verige Beach" is only 1km far away and provides renting of sun lounges, sun umbrellas, cafe bar and small restaurant.
Tivat town is just 5km far away from our Villa and offers great places for walking and shopping as it's new open marina "Porto Montenegro".
Behind accommodation we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Serventi" that is open only for our guests use! We're able to supply our guests with sea food meal prepared in traditional Mediterranean way of cooking!
Positive points of staying at Lepetane is that you are a far away from the city noise while you're still close enough to city center as for 5min drive with car you're in closest town.

Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk
