Villa is located in the town of Byala, Varna region. The town is situated in the southernmost area of the province, at the foot of the mountain Stara Planina, 6 km to Obzor and 35 km to Sunny Beach. Villa Tiana is settled in a small street, on a peaceful but communicative place being both close to the center of the town and at about 500 m from the beach. The house has 350 sq. m own yard and also a parking lot. In close vicinity of the house are the post office, the polyclinic, a fitness -room, shopping area, coffee bars and restaurants.

To ensure the full comfort of its visitors, Villa Tiana offers a 35 sq. m balcony with marvelous sea view. The balcony is equipped with lounges, a table, chairs and parasol. The yard of the villa is decorated with beautiful flowers, plants and trees and the visitors can enjoy their spare-time in the specially arranged rest-corner equipped with garden furniture and stone-made barbeque.
The villa premises and conveniences for your comfort are as follows: an entrance, two bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, a big tween bed and an additional single bed; the second bedroom has 2 one-and-a half person beds, a fan and iron in both bedrooms; the second bathroom with a WC is in the corridor between the two bedrooms; a dinning room with table, chairs, an extensible sofa, air-conditioner, TV-set and cupboard with kitchen utensils; kitchenette-box equipped with a cooking stove, washing machine, fridge, coffee-maker, etc.
