Fill in your impressions: Apartmán jsem si představovala více než 1 pokoj. Po příjezdu bylo v pokoji velmi chladno - cca 10 ˇC. Pokoj byl ale funkční a čistý, plně vybavený vším, co je potřeba. Mám na mysli nádobí, lůžkoviny atd.

Fill in your impressions: Egy kifogásom volt, hogy a szobában lévő egyetlen fűtőeszköz nem volt képes befüteni a teret, a konyha rész nagyon hideg volt, pedig kint nem voltak mínusz fokok. Éjszaka pedig igen zavaró a fűtőeszköz hangos ki-bekapcsolása. Ezen változtanikellene, és jó lenne a lépcsóházban valami kis pad, hogy ne a lépcsőn ülve kelljen a sícipőt felvenni..

Fill in your impressions: We had to phone the owner because the woman who were to give the keys didn't arrive nor answer after having sent the SMS. When she arrived we found out that the telephone number was wrong, that was all.That made me think that I would've preferred to have also an optional adress (as if the telephone numbers), somewhere we could go to pick up the keys if all the rest didn't work.All in all, it didn't take much more than half an hour, but we worried til all cleared up. Fill in your impressions: Az volt kizárólag a problémám, hogy a szállás utalványon (beutalón) az apartman tulajdonosának neve és telefonszámai voltak kizárólag feltüntetve. Holott ő nem is tartózkodik a településen, telefonon pedig nem volt elérhető. Ezzel szemben az apartmanház házmestere volt megbízva a vendégek fogadásával, amire semmi sem utalt a beutalón. Szinte véletlen volt, hogy sikerült kiderítenünk, amikor már éppen feladtuk volna a szállás elfoglalására tett kísérletünket. Ez enyhén megrázott minket, a szállás viszont remek volt. Javaslatom: a jövőben annak a neve és elérhetősége legyen a papíron, aki gyakorlatilag várja a vendéget..

Fill in your impressions: Dobrý deň,v skutočnosti som mala naozaj aj v pláne Vám po príchode napísať, ale to množstvo starostí, čo ma v práci a aj v súkromí čakalo, tak som to stále odkladala.Boli sme naozaj veľmi spokojní s vašimi službami, naozaj splnilo to všetky požiadavky. Izba bola priestranná, zvlášť sa mi páčilo, že bolo dostatok odkladacieho miesta, veľa poličiek, skriniek, v izbe, v predsienke aj v kúpľni, teda naozaj všade. Aj výbava kompletná. Mali sme trochu obavy, že nakoľko je byt rohový, bude studený, ale keď sme zakúrili, tak obavy prešli. Aj lyžiarky mohli vyschnúť cez noc.Ocenili sme aj ten krásny pohľad na ľadovec. Terasa je tiež pekná veľká, v lete sa to dá zrejme perfektne využiť.Ako sa pamätáte, ja som sa bála Vám vopred celú sumu zaplatiť, predsa som nemala skúsenosti s Vašou cestovnou kanceláriou, nemala som ani žiadne referencie a v poslednej dobe sa deje všeličo. Zvyčajne, keď cestujeme na dovolenky tak všetko vybavujeme sami, nejak služby cestovných kanceláríí zatia.
