Szczerze mowiac, byl to jeden z naszych najbardziej udanych wyjazdow zagranicznych. Warunki pobytu w hotelu w ktorym mieszkalismy, zgadzaly sie z opisem na stronie internetowej. System rezerwacji i oplat w BT Limba jest bardzo wygodny. Z pewnoscia skorzystamy jeszcze z Panstwa uslug.

Dobrý den, velice nás překvapil Váš mail, prostřednictvím kterého zjišťujete spokojenost klientů.Je vidět,že klienti jsou pro Vás důležití. Pobyt v Penzionu hodnotíme jako senzační.Byli jsme spokojeni jak s ubytováním,stravou i s majiteli. Jsou to moc hodní a příjemní lidé,kteří o své ubytované hosty pečují s maximálním nasazením. Volný čas jsme trávili tak, jak jsme si ho naplánovali již dopředu doma.Lokalita je výborná,neboť autem jsou dostupná mnohá krásná místa. Určitě se do Čech ještě chceme vrátit. Opravdu vše přes rezervaci i samotný pobyt nemělo chybu,hodnotíme jedničkou s hvězdičkou. Ještě jednou díky za příjemně strávenou dovolenou.

Dobrý den, ráda Vám sdělím, že dovolená, kterou jsem strávila ve Svobodě nad Úpou v penzionu Family byla velice vydařená.Byli jsme velice spokojeni jak s ubytování,tak majitelé jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní lidé a stejně tak bylo i chutné a dostačující stravování,které jsme měli formou polopenze.Penzion se nachází v ideálním místě jak pro pěší turistiku, tak pro milovníky zimních sportů.Je zde dostatečně zajištěna autobusová doprava i doprava pro lyžaře,formou SKI-Busů.V blízkosti je rovněž dobře zásoben obchod. Mile nás překvapily i ceny v restauracích a ubytování v okolí,které nám oproti jiným rekr.místům připadly velmi přijatelné. Určitě bych penzion doporučila všem,bez rozdílu věku a ročního období. Je zde opravdu krásně.

Wir sind mit dem Reservierungsystem sehr zufrieden, ich finde es gut, das man alle informationen schnell bekommen kann, und undsere ferien war auch ganz gut. Ich bin dänish und meine deutche sprache ist sehr schlecht - und es ist schwierig mehr zu schrieben.
