Our house is an affordable, beautiful, quiet and easily accessible location in the tourist district of Small Palit. We offer you 2 apartments (Marjeta + Tina), which will have a size of 120m ², for up to nine people each. Thus, the whole house can be rented and can accommodate up to 16 people. The house has a 2000 qm garden with children's playground and swings, garden barbecue with sink water, outside shower, sun umbrella and deck chairs. The large terrace provides space for up to 20 people.
The apartment Marjeta entirein ground floor and 120sqm. There are 3 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Bedroom 1:double bed,Bathroom,WC/bidet,bath(washing machine)and terrace.
Bedroom 2:double bed, single bed, toilet / shower and terrace.
Bedroom 3:double bed, a sofa bed for 1-2 persons, WC / shower and terrace.
The property comprises 2000 square meters and is enclosed by a wall and has white columns in the entrance area.

The apartment for 6-7 persons Tina has 120m2 and is on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and living room with dining area and two long balconies.

A short distance from our house:
Shopping center, sports center with 3 tennis courts, boat rental, bike rental, bank, post office, fish market, restaurant and cafes.
To the naval base there are about 200m, you can take a city tour, visit the nature park Komrcar.
The tourist center of our house is not far away (2 -10 minutes walk).

Quiet holiday house with large garden for the whole family
The house is situated on the island of Rab in the touristy Mali Palit. It is not far from the sea and the beach.
In the spacious and fenced garden (2000 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there is a children's playground with swings and a large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two different grills (charcoal and gas grill) and an outdoor sink. There is also an outdoor shower for communal use. A private car park and a boat mooring are also available outside the apartment.

The island of Rab is a beautiful island with several coves, crystal clear sea and more than 122 beaches. Also a FFK beach you can visit if you are interested during your stay. The place is located in the St. Eufemija, on the Frkanj and is protected from the open sea. At a short distance from the house you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rentals, bike rentals, bank, post office, fish market, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is approximately 250 meters from the harbor. From there you can take a city tour or visit the natural park Komrcar. Until the tourist center is just 250 meters that you can lay back in a 2 to 10-minute walk. There are the sights of the old town of Rab

The Rapska Fjera

Unique in Croatia, the mediaeval summer fair called the Rabska Fjera was first proclaimed on 21st July 1364 and revived in 2002 as a town holiday, and its greatest role is in safeguarding and developing local and traditional values.
The Rabske ferije municipal holidays were proclaimed by the Great Council of the Town of Rab on 21st of July 1364 in honour of King Ljudevit the Great, who liberated Rab from the Venetians, and in honour of St Christopher, patron of the town of Rab, and his powers, which according to legend saved Rab. Participants of the Rabska Fjera are artisans and craftsmen on the island of Rab who make a livelihood from crafts which existed and provided a living for people in the Middle Ages. There are also clubs and societies which voluntarily keep alive traditional crafts, cultivate traditional values, make home-made products and help preserve a way of life. The revived Rabske Fjere are held in a shortened form and last three days: 25th July, (St James’ Day), 26th July (St Anne's Day) and 27th of July (St Christopher's Day), between 9 p.m. and half past midnight.

For booking we take the advance payment of 30% of the agreed price in the reservation. In order reservation please send an e-mail because of the availability. If available, we will confirm your reservation. After payment is received a confirmation that the payment has been received sent to them. Day Arrivals and departures by arrangement.

- For every additional person (7,8,9)the price increases for the price of extra bed valid in the appropriate time period.

- Bed linen and towels are in the apartment
- All guests can park in the parking lot of the house, parking in the yard, driveway to the object
