Opened in December 2015, Pepi's Suites - Lechtal Apartments is quietly located in the Alpine village of Holzgau, 300 metres from a ski lift and 400 metres from the centre with shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. A ski bus stop is 30 metres away and provides connections to the Arlberg ski areas (Lech-Zürs-St.Anton–St.Christoph-Stuben-Warth-Schröcken). Free parking is possible at Pepi's Suites. Combining modern facilities with a traditional Alpine style, all apartments have a spacious and cosy living area with a dining table, a flat-screen TV and a sofa. Some apartments have an AquaFlame fireplace with dancing flames. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher, and the modern bathroom comes with bath or shower, hairdryer and a separate toilet. A sports shop, a ski rental and a ski school are on site and guests receive a 10% discount. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available in the building, and guests can also make use of the ski depot at the ski lift. E-bikes can be rented upon a surcharge. From May to mid-October, the Lechtal Aktiv Card can be purchased on site. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses. The Warth-Schröcken Ski Area is approximately 15 km away. From there, Lech, Zürs, St.Anton, St.Christoph and Stuben can be reached via ski lifts.

Residenz 111 is located in Holzgau in the Lechtal Vally Nature Reserve in a historic building decorated with traditional "Lüftlmalerei". The Warth/Schröcken Ski Area and the Auenfeldjet Cable Car to Lech/Zürs offer numrous possibilities for skiing. Period furniture and a tiled stove provide for an authentic Alpine atmosphere. You can take advantage of fully equipped kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. Bedrooms are made of Zirben wood. During summer season, you can use buses and cable cars free of charge. A suspended bridge and the Lechweg hiking paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. You can also enjoy cycling tours in the area. A 70-km cross-country skiing track can be found is available in the valley as well.

Haus Dietmar is set in Schönau, 1 km from Holzgau and 20 km from the Arlberg Ski Areas Warth-Schröcken, Lech-Zürs and Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops just a 2-minute walk away.
