Rád sděluji, že vše, od rezervace po poslední den ubytování, proběhlo dle očekávání a bez vážnějších problémů. Setkával jsem se vždy s usměvavou a vstřícnou obsluhou penzionu.

Allereerst de complimenten over uw land, prachtig. Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad in Slowakije. Ook waren de hotels best goed, vooral het hotel Salamander in Mlinky, waar de mensen zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij waren Het hotel Orlan in Bratislava was iets minder, Dit hotel zou iets meer mogen zijn, maar heus niet slecht. Wel heb ik met het betalen via internet een fout gemaakt en geprobeert deze meteen op te lossen. Ik vond het niet zo klantvriendelijk, dat ik al meteen de reserveringsboete moest betalen, terwijl er nog niets gereserveerd was, dit vond ik zeer jammer. Verder zal ik zeker nog meer naar uw mooie land komen.

Wir haben in der Pension einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterbringung, die Austsattung der Zimmer, der Service und natürlich das Essen waren hervorragend. Wir werden die Pension gern weiterempfehlen. Das Reservierungssystem von Limba war auch bestens, bei Fragen bekamen wir umgehend per E-mail Antwort.Von Vorteil die Anzahlung des Betrages auf ein Konto in Deutschland . Wir werden bei Bedarf wieder gern Ihren Service nutzen.

Strávili jsme v tomto kraji krásnou dovolenou a k tomuto dojmu přispělo i ubytování, které bylo na požadované úrovni. Nebyli jsme plně spokojeni s úrovní obsluhy v restauraci a to do doby změny obsluhy personálu. Neboť nám zpočátku nebyly poskytnuty informace o možnosti i teplé snídaně. Zpočátku jsme museli obsluhující žádat i o čaj a kávu místo, aby nám byla nabídnuta,což neodpovídalo požadovaným službám restaurace. Pak ale došlo k výměně personálu a rázem bylo vše jinak, chování i nabídka byla na profesionální úrovni, takže celkový dojem byl napraven. Nabídka jídel a nápojů byla dostatečná a to co jsme u slovenských restaurací vždy postrádali, to jest bohatou zeleninovou oblohu u podávaného jídla, jsme ve vaší restauraci našli.
