Tisztelt Lucia Kozelnicka! Köszönöm szíves érdeklődését. Utazásunk célja nem üdülés, hanem a FOUNDEX kiállításon való részvétel volt. Ami kellemes volt: · A szálloda gyakorlatilag egy domboldalban, egy magaslaton van, jórészt erdővel határolt, Brno fényei látszanak este, kellemes a hely, jó a levegő. · A recepción beszélnek angolul, nem volt fennakadás. · A szálláshely tiszta, praktikus, célszerű. · A büfé reggeli korrekt, friss. · A személyzet vendégcentrikus Ami kellemetlen volt: · Annak ellenére, hogy már a szálloda előtti úton is éjjel-nappali étkezési lehetőséget hirdettek, a reggelin kívül más étkezési lehetőségünk nem volt a szálláshelyen, ezért máshová kellett mennünk vacsorázni. · A szálláshely megtalálása nagyon keserves volt, az Önök által mellékelt térkép használhatatlan, a voucherben megjelölt helységben, Modricében senki nem is hallott róla, mivel a szálláshely nem is ott van. Végül egy rendőr igazított útba minket oly módon, hogy beült mellénk az autóba, és a helyszínre navigált. Összefoglalva, az apróbb kellemetlenséget leszámítva, a szálláshelyünk kellemesnek bizonyult. Biztos vagyok abban, hogy a Cseh Köztársaságba való utazásaink alkalmával az Önök szakértő és gyors segítségét igénybe fogjuk venni.
