It was a real pleasure to work with you and your team,you speak and write a very good English
which is indispensable (German is not enough !)and you were very available and efficient,but
everybody cannot consult daily his E-MAIL so communication is not so easy meanwhile the holiday has start !
The Mobile is the quickest even if more expensive !
The prizes of sojourn (even if not of high qualities everywhere) are reasonable,so....your services are very good,
even if it can be improved and the welcome of Czech peoples is a bit "cold",but comfort (not everywhere and I
suppose it depend of the prize !) are not the same everywhere,some place can be more cleaner !!

Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Czechach i zapewnionej nam przez Panstwa bazy noclegowej.
Punkt noclegowy zapewnial nam mozliwosc dogodnego dojazdu do interesujacych nas miejsc.
Okolica rowniez w sensie turystycznym atrakcyjna, w zwiazku z czym jestesmy w pelni zadowoleni.
Standard noclegow byl stosowny do ceny, obsluga nad wyraz mila, w zwiazku z czym panowala w bazie zyczliwa i "rodzinna" atmosfera.
Mamy nadzieje w przyszlosci ponownie skorzystac z Panstwa uslug.
Sposob i forma rezerwacji uslugi jest wygodna i praktyczna, nie budzi zadnych zastrzezen.
