Thank you for arranging the hotel. It was exactly what we were after and suited us well. The accommodation was excellent and the food good. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the breakfast a little by having some fruit juice as well as a larger coffee rather than just expresso. Finding the hotel though was quite difficult Vraca shows as just a dot on my map, and the city is in fact quite large. I ended up paying a taxi driver to lead us to it! A map showing location on your booking confirmation (or on the website) would be very useful.

I spent a very nice time in Bulgaria indeed, and the hotel is very convienant, the staff very friendly and helpfull. The booking at Limba took only three days, which was unexpected. I certainly will recommend your services when the occasion occurs.
