Seara nu poti iesi fara masina la plimbare prin statiune, dar pe noi asta nu ne-a deranjat. Pretul este foarte convenabil, si mancarea a fost ok. Suntem multumiti pe deplin, si deja ne gandim sa rezervam si pt. la vara cazare numai prin "Limba.com" (de data asta in Croatia).(Ne-a placut si faptul,ca am platit prin banca in lei de la noi de acasa)..

Ubytovatel odpovedal: Mrzí ma, že ste si neprečítali na nástenke - pri cestovných poriadkoch oznam, že hostia penziónu si môžu zakúpiť lístky na TEŽ na recepcii penziónu. Železnice SR nám lístky nedodávajú, kupujú ich zamestnanci penziónu, aby pomohli hosťom. Je to služba nad rámec naších povinností. Nie je našou chybou, že železnice nezapezpečujú predaj lístkou..

Parašykite savo įspūdžius: Domníváme se,že když v době přihlášení se k pobytu je v penzionu k dispozici kolem 40 lůžek, měl mít požadavek přednost v úrovni pokoje a ne (jak tomu bylo), že náhodně přijdší zájemci byli ubytováni očividně lépe. Dále by vaše organizace měla zavést možnost vracení financí za nevybranou (tudíž i neobjednanou) stravu v případě předčasného ukončení pobytu. Srdečně zdraví Nývlt.

Srdečne Vás pozdravujem. Poskytované služby a personál v penzione sú skutočne na vysokej úrovni. Určite budem chcieť stráviť dovolenku i v budúcnosti v uvedenom penzióne. Svojich príbuzných a známych som tiež informovala o príjemnom pobyte vo Vašom zariadení a tiež som im doporučila, v prípade dovolenky vo Vysokých Tatrách, ubytovanie vo Vašom zariadení. dovolenou jsme stravili velmi prijemne. Pri vyrizovani ubytovani nenastaly zadne problemy. Uroven prostredi bylo velmi pekna a odpovidala nasemu ocekavani. Meli jsme polopenzi a jidla byla chutna. V penzionu jsme netravili tolik casu, nebot okolni tury jsou casove narocne, takze jsme nevyuzivali plne dalsich nabidek (napr. stolni tenis a denni bar).Celkove jsme byli zcela spokojeni. Penzion se nachazi v nadherne krajine a milovnikum horske turistiky lze jen doporucit.

Srezervačním systémem Limba jsem byla opravdu moc spokojená a určitě budu těchto služeb využívat do budoucna. Co se týče pobytu, byla naprostá spokojenost, moc krásné ubytování, výborné jídlo a ochotný pesonál. Velmi to přispělo k prožití naší krásné dovolené.

Vážená paní/či slečno Na Váš dotaz sděluji,že jsem byl velice spokojen s vyřízením mé dovolené,rovněž tak i s místem pobytu.Ubytovací zařízení i celkové prostředí se mně velice líbilo a nenašel jsem jediný problém.Personál vstřícný a jen počasí,kterému nelze poručit,bylo někdy špatné. A szállásfoglalás gyors és egyszerű volt. Ha legközelebb Szlovákiába megyünk, biztos, hogy az irodájukon keresztül foglalok szállást. A panzió is megfelelő volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük.

Dovolená, kterou jsme strávili Vaším zprostředkováním proběhla podle našich představ a splnila vše, co jsme od ní očekávali. Počasím počínaje, přes ubytování, nádherné túry a krásnou tatranskou přírodou konče. Jelikož Tatry navštěvujeme už několik roků po sobě, příští rok určitě nebude vyjímkou a přijedeme zase. A Vašich služeb, co se týče ubytování, pravděpodobně opět využijeme.

Dovolenka bol veľmi príjemná, ubytovanie bolo na veľmi dobrej úrovni, všetko čisté, strava vynikajúca, poloha penziónu je veľmi výhodná. Čo sa týka vybavovania, tak sa mi to veľmi páčilo, prostredníctvom internetu, s platbou neboli žiadne problémy. Dovolenka sa páčila i celej mojej rodine. V budúcnosti určite využijem Vaše služby.

Dovolenou jsme strávili ke vší spokojenosti. Ubytování pěkné, příjemná obsluha, pohoda. Jediné, co bych mohla vytknout je místnost s recepcí. Mně osobně to příliš nevadí, ale k hezkému prostředí, které na penzionu je je to škoda. V nabídce byla možnost připojení k internetu a ta sice byla, ale přímo v kanceláři recepce. Pokud by byl mimo, bylo by to příjemnější, hlavně i pro personál. To je asi jediná výtka, kterou bych mohla uvést. Tatry jsou nádherné a přeji Vám, aby po té kalamitě byly zase co nejdříve zalesněné jako dříve.

A nyaralásunk rendben lezajlott. Csak az időjárás próbálta a terveinket áthuzni, de szerencsére a programokat átszerveztük és semmi sem maradt ki az eredetileg eltervezettből. A szállással megvoltunk elégedve. Nagyon jó volt az ellátásunk. A csoportunknak tetszett, hogy volt választási lehetőség az étkezésnél. A szobák tiszták voltak. Kár hogy nincs mindegyikhez külön fürdőszoba. A tulajdonos személyében egy nagyon segítőkész partnerre találtunk, aki minden probléma megoldásában segített. Tulajdonképpen a toalettekben lévő víz nyomásával volt gond. De a tulajdonos úr mindenhova helyezett ki vödröket. Az Önök szervezését is szeretném megköszönni és biztos vagyok benne, hogy fogok még Önökhöz fordulni ,hisz szeretnék majd Szlovákiába visszatérni.

Prvý krát som si touto formou objkednával dovolenku a tento spôsob sa mi zapáčil aj vďaka Vašej operatívnosti a jednoduchosti ,s akou ste celú akciu zrealizovali. Čo sa týka pobytu samého , nie som prehnane náročný človek v oblasti komfortu bývania Bol som prjmen prekvapený úrovňou ubytovania, lebo ešte socialistický charakter exteriéru budovy dával tušiť, že aj jeho interiér bude ladený v podobnom duchu, ale majitelia zrejme rozumným spôsobom pristúpili k rekonštrukcii objektu a v jeho inetriéri vytvorili až rodinnú atmosféru aj za prispenia personálu. Určite budú s rekonštrukciou pokračovať aj v ďalších priestorch a vytvoria tak objekt, ktorý poskytne príjemné prostredie pre strávenie dovolenky. Želám im veľa úspechov. Jediným bolestným zážitkom bola pre mňa a moju rodinu, víchricou zdvestovaná taranská krajina.

Wszystko odbyło się zgodnie z oczekiwaniami, nie było dla mnie żadnych problemów.Tak więc wszystko odbyło się bezproblemowo.

Mit Ihrem Buchungsservice war ich wieder sehr zufrieden. Allerdings wäre bezüglich der oben genannten Penzion anzumerken, daß die Verpflegung dort so schlecht war, wie ich es zu "sozialistischen" Zeiten weder in der Tschechoslowakei noch Ungarn oder der DDR erlebt habe. Trotz des sehr günstigen Preises hätte das Essen also wirklich besser sein dürfen. Vyjadrenie ubyt.: v našom zariadení majú hostia možnosť si vybrať z troch druhov jedál a zatiaľ sme sa nestretli s prejavmi nespokojnosti. V prípade, že mal hosť nejaké námietky, mohol to riešiť priamo s nami v našom zariadení. Vyjadrenie CA LIMBA: v pripade reklamacie ma klient kontakt na nasu CA pocas celeho pobytu, kde moze sluzby reklamovat a nasledne ,,problem" vyriesit. Nebolo vznesena ziadna staznost, preto povazujeme tuto pripomienku za bezpredmetnu.

s dovolenou jsem byl navýsost spokojený. Hladké zprostředkování pobytu vaší agenturou a kvalita služeb ubytovacího zařízení byly na vysoké úrovni! Vzhledem k tomu, že nám osobně vyšlo i počasí stala se dovolená opravdovou lahůdkou....
