Hotel FIS nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini netaknutog jezera Štrbské u podnožju Visokih Tatra, a obuhvaća udobne smještajne jedinice na ulazu u dolinu Mlynická. Skijališta, staze za skijaško trčanje i pješačke staze udaljeni su 50 metara od hotela FIS. WiFi je besplatan u svim sobama. Na raspolaganju je i besplatan wellness centar. Novo namještene sobe nude udobnost u planinskom stilu. Sve sobe imaju vlastitu kupaonicu, a većina jedinica sadrži privatni balkon. Restoran u sklopu objekta i bar u predvorju poslužuju jela slovačke te međunarodne kuhinje. Spa i wellness sadržaji otvoreni su 2013. godine, a obuhvaćaju sobu za opuštanje, infracrvenu saunu, parnu saunu, finsku saunu, hidromasažnu kadu te sobe za tretmane. Iz nekih se dijelova hotela pruža pogled na staze za skijaške skokove. Također su na raspolaganju dobro opremljena teretana i sportska dvorana s terenima za odbojku, košarku, mali nogomet te tenis.
