Fill in your impressions: Byli jsme spokojeni, milý a vstřícný personál,kvalitní ubytování, dobré a pestré jídlo. Uvítali jsme možnost kyvadlové dopravy na koupaliště i velký bazén u penzionu.Dobrý dojem trošku kazil značný hluk při průjezdu vlaku,protože trať byla dost blízko objektu, ale s tím se asi nedá nic dělat..

Fill in your impressions: Dobrý den,víkend byl pro nás velmi odpočinkový, vyskytl se problém s teplou vodou, ale ubytovatel okamžitě situaci řešil k naší spokojenosti. Paní kuchařku mají skvělou, velmi chutná jídla.Jediný nedostatek byl s mapou na internetu u CK, neodpovídá skutečnosti, vzdálenost je podstatně dělší. Ale ani to nám pobyt nepokazilo,ani počasí, to nám také vyšlo. Děkujeme a budeme se těšit na další zajímavé nabídky Hronovi.

Fill in your impressions: V penzionu je špatná zvuková izolace, jinak bylo vše opravdu na jedničku. I když jsme byli v budově sami, bylo všude teplo..

byli jsme velmi spokojeni jak s ubytováním,tak stravovanim i milym pristupem personalu a vlastniku penzionu Pulse.

I když jsme prijeli déle -asi v půl osmé-vše se vyřešilo k naprosté spokojenosti.Ubytování i stravování na vysoké úrovni. Moc díky

nemáme žádné výtky a byli jsme velice spokojeni , jak s ubytováním , tak se stravou. Velmi nas potěšil také milý přístup k hostům , jak majitelů , tak personálu .

vybavování objednávky i vlastní pobyt na jedničku podle mých predstav. Jen malá poznámka, což nebyl Váš pripad: Uz dvakrát se mi stalo, že cestovka mi nabidla pobyt s popisem "termální koupalište x metrů od penzionu" na dobu, kdy koupalište nebylo v provozu. Muže se to stát i u Vás nebo si to overujete? V Podhájskej bude uzavreno v dobe 14.4. až 28.4. t.r. a na tuto dobu jsem dostal nabídku, naštestí ji tentokrát nevyužil.To pro Vaši informaci. Možná i Vy nabízíte pobyt v tomto terminu. Nekdy to neví ani ubytovatel. To by se melo systémove zlepšit. Ďakujeme za info, neviem či tá poznámka o termíne ubytovania /keď je kúpalisko zatvorené/ je od klienta alebo od Vašej CK. Pobyty keď je kúpalisko zatvorené neponúkame. Pokiaľ CK má požiadavku na takýto termín, upozorňujeme či CK trvá na termíne keď je kúpalisko zatvorené. Potom je to už len na zvážení Ck, resp. klienta. Niekedy sa však stalo, že ani mi sme nevedeli termíny zatvorenia a otvorenia kúpaliska, vzhľadom k rozhodnutiam vedeniu kúpaliska. Žiaľ mi s tým nevieme nič urobiť.

S vyřizování jsem byla spokojená. Chyběly mi tu však přesné informace, kdy se přeně nastupuje na ubytování, ale to jsem se dozvěděla až druhotně, takže to nemělo žádný vliv. Jinak jseme byli spokojení. Vše probhlo v pořádku. Bez jakýchkoliv závad. A do budoucna s Vašimi službami budem počítat i nadále.
