Fill in your impressions: Zeer goede woning, maar de zitkamer is wel heel klein uitgevallen. Met 15 mensen kan je er onmogelijk samen eten. Dit moet wel vermeld worden..

Dobrý den, byli jsme velmi !!! spokojeni. Jak s ubytovanim, tak i s pristupem ubytovatele. Moc se nam vse libilo a radi si tento pobyt pristi zimu s prateli zopakujeme. Jeste na okraj na zaver. Byl jsem velmi mile prekvapen dobrou urovni celeho lyzarskeho arealu ve Vratne. Zdejsi vyborne svahy znam jako byvaly zavodnik z doby pred 20 lety. Velmi pozitivne me ale prekvapila dobra kvalita sluzeb ! Pocinaje lanovkami, parkovacimi plochami, dostupnosti obcerstveni, novymi toaletami a hlavne take prijemnymi lidmi... (to pred temi 20 lety vzdy neplatilo). Pokud pujdou vsechna slovenska lyzarska strediska touto cestou a udrzi si prijatelne ceny, tak neni co resit. Alpsky lyzarsky raj ma zdatnou konkurenci.

Izby sú pekne zariadené, vhodné pre rodiny s deťmi. My sme boli spokojní. S dovolenkou sme boli spokojní. Prežili sme krásny týždeň.Možno mám pár odporúčaní pre dalších klientov, naozaj ako odporúčania: - upozorniť rodiny s deťmi, nech nechodia za plot chaty, nakokolko sú tam osie hniezda, nám deti doštípali, ak ste len v areáli chaty, je to v poriadku - poplatok, ktorý sa odvádza obci nie je vo výške 13 SKK na osobu a deň podla poukazu ale 20SK na deň a osobu - ak by v priestoroch chaty klienti cítili septik(hlavne na druhom poschodí) je treba skontrolovať či funguje čistička - my sme tri dni boli s vypnutou čističkou, čo vypol zrejme omylom opravár elektriky, ale napriek telefonovaniu nikto neprišiel až ked to smrdelo už vo vedlajšom dome a na čističku nás nikto neupotzornil - odporúčam vyžadovať pokosený priestor chaty, my sme celý týždeň mali v areáli burinu do pol metra, ktorú prišiel sused sám pokosiť deň pred príchodom majiteľa chaty pri našom odchode Všetko sú to odporúčania, deti sa mali naozaj dobre a určite si budeme hladať chatu aj nadalej cez Vašu CK. Chata je vybavená veľmi dobre, vrátane hojdačiek pre deti. Moj názor: je to chata max. pre 16 ludí, nie pre 20, nakolko sú tam len dve kúpelne.Možno by bolo fajn, keby CK tam mala napr. popis možností kam sa dá v okolí vybrať. Vyjadrenie ubytovatela: chceli by sme reagovať na odozvu a odporúčania klienta na ubytovanie v našom penzióne: - v prípade osích hniezd, za veci, ktoré sa dejú mimo areálu nášho penziónu nezodpovedáme, je to otvorená príroda - v zmluve so spoločnosťou Limba, zo dňa 10.4.2007, je uvedený rekreačný poplatok vo výške 20 SKK - v prípade septiku, čistička je funkčná. Ospravedlňujeme sa, ale zápach býva zapríčinený zmenou tlaku a počasia Klientke sme sa snažili, po jej ohlásení problému so septikom, dovolať a vyriešiť problém, žiaľ v daných hodinách nedvíhala svoj mobilný telefón. Vec sme považovali teda za vybavenú. - kosenie trávnika máme zabezpečené v pravidelných intervaloch susedom, ktorý sa stará o poriadok v okolí chaty. Vzhľadom na priazni
