There is housekeeper who will provide 24/24h daily service for you including laundry and ironing service. The housekeepers resides in the house with her own private quarters on the ground floor.
RESIDENCE AREA :
8 ROOMS for a total dimension of 190 sqm with a flourished terrace on the first floor measuring 50 sqm next to a 3 garages and private garden.

This home has a large, comfortable living room with two couches, armchairs, elegant furnishings, 43'' Pioneer/Plasma TV Satellite + SKY London with national and international channels.(German and English channels)
You will also find DVD and CD, Dolby Hi Fi Surround Home Theatre, Telephone line, communicating phone lines for all rooms and finally an audio diffusion system with on/off switch in each room.
DINING ROOM : Has a wall unit, antique furnishings, wine rack and a dining table which sits from 6-12 people.

2) Large Bedroom: This second bedroom measures 18sqm and has a double bed measuring 180 x 210 You will also find a unit for clothing, cable lines for TV and SAT/PDL computer and a corner with a desk and library, audio diffusion system with on/off switch, external phone line, intercom system for all the other rooms, private HI-Fi line.
3) Bedroom: This third bedroom has two beds measuring 80x210, in which one is a hide-away, wardrobe, SAT/TV lines, external telephone line, intercom system for all other rooms and an audio diffusion system with on/off switch.
4) Studio/Bedroom: Work desk, computer post with 4 telephone lines and one bed 80x210 hide-away.
All bedrooms have bedside and wall lamps. You will also find 4 large Venetian Burano ceiling chandeliers dating back to the 1800’s along with valuable paintings and artworks. Other fine objects such as sterling silver cutlery, ceramic vases and pottery with elegant indoor plants and luxurious Carpets.

We offer you a vast choice of activities, sports, art, cultural and enogastronomic events to choose from in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia Regions with daily excursion dates. Here are a few things to see and do: Business and shopping tours, (Autlet McArthu Glen) Venice Casino, Ca’Noghera/Venice Casinò located at a 15 minute car ride, Venice City or Venice Lido which could be reached by travelling the lagoon from the city of Cavallino/Punto Sabbioni.
The sea is close by with many sanded beaches to choose from all at about a 10 minute distance by car. Choose from the Jesolo Lido, Caorle, Eraclea Beach and Cavallino Ca’Savio beach areas.
Some other activities to enjoy are the theatre, tennis, excursions, wine vineyards, horseback riding, mountain biking, tour biking, air craft sports, windsurfing, pools, fishing, bars and discothèques,
amusement parks, water parks and go kart tracks.
