How were you satisfied with the approach of the accommodation owner/personnel? Not satisfied.
Fill in your impressions: We booked an apartment many months in advance. We were very disappointed to find when we arrived that gross misrepresentation had occurred. We arrived the owner was pleasant and on time the accommodation was clean and in good position. After the owner had left us it became apparent that there were other people occupying the apartment. We contacted the owner to be advised that we were shaking with three other people. Private accommodation was available away from the centre only at this late stage. The people we shared with were nice and I do not think the booking site was to blame. The owner was clearly responsible..
