Fill in your impressions: Bad/WC mit Dachschräge war für mich (184 cm Körpergröße) gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Chefin des Hauses wirkte etwas ernst und nicht gerade gut gelaunt, das Personal dagegen recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht mehr verlangen..

Na Váš dotaz ohledně spokojenosti s uvedeným ubytováním Vám mohu sdělit, že jsem byl velmi spokojen. Příjemná domácí atmosféra s úžasným výhledem na Spišský hrad, to je skvělé. Ubytování jako v domácích podmínkách, čisté a to je podstatné. Příště si to objednám zase.

Köszönjük az ügyintézést. A szállás jó volt! A táj, a kilátás remek... A vacsora finom, bőséges. A reggeli sem egészen a "megszokott", de szintés jóvolt./Étkezést nem sokan kértek, díjaztam a vendéglátó rugalmasságát!/ A háziasszony nagyon kedves volt. Szóval csupa dicséret a részemről. Fill in your impressions: nebyl v provozu kotel, netekla tedy teplá voda, náprava byla realizována až ráno po našem upozornění, majitelé situaci nehlídali přestože ví, že kotel na ohřev vody nefunguje dobře. Reklamace byla vyřízena v souladu s reklamačním řádem, poskytnutím slevy z ceny ubytování. Jinak jsme byli velmi spokojeni a přejeme vše dobré..

Fill in your impressions: A szállás megközelítése egy kicsit nehéz volt. Az útvonal egy patakmedren át vezet a szálláshoz. Megáradt patak miatt nem lehetet személy autóval át menni. Célszerű lenne az utca mind két végén jelzőtáblát elhelyezni.A megvilágított Szepesvár csodálatos látvány volt.A várt megközelítő út jelzése is gyakrabban kellene a város közepétől.KöszönettelNagy Tivadar.

Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a szállással és az utazási iroda ügyintézésével. Nagyon jó, hogy rátaláltunk erre az utazási irodára. A jövőben is Önöknél szeretnénk majd szállást foglalni.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, megfelelő volt mind a szállás és az ellátás egyaránt. A panzió vezetője és alkalmazottai udvariasak voltak, igyekeztek minden kérésümket teljesíteni. Javaslatom, hogy hűtőszekrényekkel is szereljék fel a szobákat, melyet a szobaméretek altalában lehetővé tennének.

Das Reservierung ssystem funktioniert fast perfekt. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Zahlungsweise über eine deutsche Bankfiliale. Das spart Kosten und Schwierigkeiten, wie bei Auslandüberweisungen. Die Unterkunft / Pension war in Ordnung. Das Personal hat alles gut arrangiert, auch wenn zur gleichen Zeit 2 große Feiern zur Konfirmation statt fanden. Das Sprachproblem weniger jedoch weiter. Persönlich kann ich sagen, dass ich etwas tschechisch/slowakisch verstehe, doch nicht zur tiefen Konversation in diersen Sprachen in der Lage bin. Russisch, das ist verständlich, wird teilweise als Konversationsmittel emotional abgelehnt. Deutsch verstehen nur ältere Mitarbeiter, historisch bedingt. Durch Ihre Reservationsarbeit wurde mir suggeriert, das Englisch gesprochen werde. Dies wurde auch von der Hauschefin so bestätigt, doch die praktische Anwendung scheiterte dan am fehlenden Vokabular oder nicht praktizieren der Sprache. Aber man trotzdem zurecht, manchmal hilft eben Körpersprache. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll restauriert und ansprechend. Für Besucher aus "Westeuropa" könnte die hautnahe Nutzung des privaten Vermieterbereiches nahe dem Pensionsbetrieb etwas seltsam vorkommen, doch dafür ist die Atmosphäre herzlicher als in mancher durchgestylten deutschen Pension... Es gibt sicher noch etwas zu verbessern, doch fällt mir jetzt auf Krampf nichts bedeutendes ein. Weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Chcel som sa len podakovat (aj v mene svojich znamych z Rakuska) za skvely pobyt na Spisi. Boli sme velmi spokojni ubytovanim, ktore ste nam sprostredkovali po vsetkych strankach - stravovanie, obsluha, cistota...

Moje dojmy.Podla mojho nazoru nazdavam sa, ze ubytovanie a stravovanie v tomto penzione je na velmi slusnej urovni. Aj ked sa tu stale nieco vylepsuje a zdokonaluje nie je to na obtiaz, skor naopak je to do buducna pre spokojnost zakaznika.Tiche prostredie pod starobilymi zrucaninami hradu posobi naozaj velmi dobre na regeneraciu sil a myslienok. Zaverom. Boli sme velmi prijemne prekvapeni s ubytovanim, ako aj so stravovanim a so sluzbami Vasej CA.

Priateľskí a ústretoví ubytovatelia, príjemné prostredie, domácka atmosféra, čistota, ochota, spoľahlivosť personálu, dobrá cena. Mohlo byť viac komfortu na izbách (varič, ohrievač pre chladnejšie dni). Boli sme spokojní, nevyskytli sa žiadne komplikácie.
