Fill in your impressions: Personál byl milý a ochotný. Zvláště jedna z recepčních, která nám vyhledávala informace o vlakovém spojení, provozní době akvaparku apod. přes internet a dokonce nám sama nabídla slevu na ubytování, když jsme si chtěly doplatit jeden den navíc (odjížděly jsme pozdě v noci na vlak) s tím, že to není plnohodnotné čerpání ubytování. Byly jsme s mou maminkou velice spokojené. Zuzana Edlmannová.

Fill in your impressions: A szállás igazán rendben van; Tátrához képest egy picit lélektelen, de a szobák nagyok, tiszták és kényelmesek. A liftekkel vigyázni kell, gerincsérült húgomat oldalba kente, nem éppen kellemes. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, mosolyognak és angolul nagyon szépen beszélnek. A kocsinak biztos, fedett helye volt. Családosoknak (bulizóknak is) igazán ajánlom..

Bohuzel, kabel jsme museli mit vlastni, nebylo k dispozici dost hotelovych... Skoda jen, ze jsme nebyli vcas seznameni se zpusobem objednavani wellnes sluzeb. Dve tri slova navic a bylo by to perfektni..
