Dobrý den, s ubytováním jsme byli velice spokojení, jen nám chvíli trvalo, než jsme hotel našli. Spojení městskou hrormadnou dopravou tam není ideální. Obsluha na recepci byla velice milá a vstřícná a pro vaše zákazníky bych jej doporučila.

Nie mamy najmniejszych zastrzeżeń do obsługi (panie i panowie w recepcji bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni) a śniedanie smaczne i ładnie podane. Polecamy Państwa Hotel znajomym. Dziękujemy

Muszę przyznać że nieczęsto korzystam z internetowej rezerwacji miejsc noclegowych-szczególnie takich w ostatniej chwili.
Dlatego też jestem tym bardziej mile zaskoczony i zadowolony z kontaktu z Pani firmą.
Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń co do jakości obsługi i profesjonalizmu wykaznaego przez Pani firmę.
Zakwaterowanie które Państwo nam zaproponowali spełniło wszelkie nasze oczekiwania i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z poznania tak uroczego miejsca w Bratysławie jakim był zaproponowany przez Pani firmę hotel.
Jestem przekonany że jeżeli będę wybierać w przyszłości do Bratysławy nie omieszkam skorzystać z usług Pani firmy.

Die Unterkunft in Bratislava (UVS Hotel) wurde gerade renoviert, so dass wir 2 unterschiedliche Eindrücke bekamen.
Bei unserm ersten Aufenthalt waren die Zimmer, was die Sauberkeit anging, in keinem guten Zustand.
Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war dies deutlich besser.
Das gute Frühstück, der kompetente Hotelempfang und das gute Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ergaben eine insgesamt einen zufriedenstellenden Hotelaufenthalt. Wie gesagt, bei besserer Sauberkeit der Zimmer, wäre die Beurteilung noch deutlich besser ausgefallen.
Ihr Reservierungssystem ist nahezu perfekt. Allerdings stimmte bei diesem Hotel die Angabe in der Karte nicht. Aber sonst: sehr gut.

I did indeed have an enjoyable stay.
The hotel was pleasant and the staff were friendly. The single negative aspect was that whilst the cable TV in my bedroom had programmes in Slovakian, Hungarian and German, there were no programems available in English.
For me, the long uphill walk to the hotel from the nearest trolleybus stop was not a problem ~ good exercise ~ but I suggest you do inform prospective clients of this physical fact !!
As to Bratislava, it's a nice city ~ excellent value ~ also, at this time of year, a nice atmospheric Christmas market.
